BANG PARTNERS WITH BERKELEY GROUP

CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

BANG Partnership - Berkeley Group

BANG announces a 3-year partnership with Berkeley Group, as one of its three charity partners.

In April 2026, BANG staff, Young Leaders, and interns attended the partnership launch in Southall, London. They visited Berkeley’s Green Quarter development and shaped a shared vision between BANG and the Berkeley Group, alongside the wider work of the Berkeley Foundation.

The partnership will create opportunities for young people to build leadership, entrepreneurship, and essential life skills.

Young people will access hands-on work experience and employment pathways across industries connected to the partnership, including real estate, property development, valuation, and construction. These experiences are designed to strengthen practical skills, build confidence, and provide insight into professional environments.

Alongside this, BANG will collaborate with young people to co-create initiatives that develop employability and life skills – including events and personal and professional development programmes, with access to mentoring and coaching from industry professionals.

This partnership goes beyond work experiences and internships. It is designed to bridge the gap between young people and careers – enabling them to build confidence, portfolios, and access spaces they may not have previously considered.

The Berkeley Group’s commitment to supporting communities and young people aligns closely with BANG’s mission to deliver world-class services.

“We welcome this partnership with Berkeley Group. At a time when youth unemployment is at unprecedented levels, this creates a real pathway to shift outcomes. It has the potential to be transformative for our organisation and the young people we serve.”

Jennifer Ogole OBE, Founder and CEO, BANG

BANG will expand its programmes through this partnership, connecting more young people with organisations they aspire to work with, including Berkeley Group.
