Data Protection: 

When you register, your details will be added to the BANG database and kept confidential. We will not share your details with third parties. For participants under 16 years of age, all image and contact consent must be given by the parent/guardian, and we will not contact your child directly. You will only be contacted with essential information relating to projects that you/your child are actively involved in, or in the ways you have consented to in the registration form. You can update your contact preferences at any time via the contact form on our website or email: charity@wearebang.com. 

Information Update: 

If your contact information changes e.g., if you get a new phone number or move house, please ensure you update us by emailing charity@wearebang.com. Your details will then be updated on the BANG database and kept confidential. It is vital for the safeguarding and health and safety of our members that we retain up-to-date emergency contact details. 

Use of Images: 

You consent to images of you/your child being used for the purposes above. The permission will remain until you withdraw it in writing via email at charity@wearebang.com.
