ON MENTORING

BANG delivered a presentation on mentoring at London Youth’s NDYP Mentoring Community Network event in Canary Wharf.

The presentation explored how BANG develops young leaders through mentoring and coaching, with a particular focus on supporting young men and boys.

We highlighted how our mentoring model is grounded in our organisational values and built around strong, meaningful relationships with each young person who participates in the programme.

As an organisation, we are committed to ensuring that every young person – from BANG Young Leaders to BANG interns – has access to structured one-to-one and group mentoring opportunities.

This approach helps young people to build confidence, develop initiatives, and maintain their well-being.

Looking ahead, we are focused on strengthening our relationships with young people and with London Youth, so that every young person can thrive and make a positive contribution to their communities.
