ST CLAUDINE’S CATHOLIC 

SCHOOL FOR GIRLS

BANG delivered Create Change at St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls.

Create Change is a creative therapy service that provides 1:1 and/or group sessions to young people to support them to overcome their personal challenges.

The service works by matching young people with a qualified therapist, provided by BANG, leading to the delivery of 12 to 20 sessions, depending on the needs of the young person.

The delivery of Create Change at St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls engaged 5 students over the autumn of 2023.

Following the delivery of Create Change at the school, BANG had positive results.

100% of participants showed an improvement in managing and understanding their emotions.

100% reported positive relationships with friends and family.

100% reported positive relationships within their community.

These results indicate the positive outcomes we have been able to deliver to young people through our creative therapy service at the school.

BANG aims to continue working with St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls to develop the personal and professional skills of the young people at the school and positively impact their mental health and wellbeing.
