Jovin Okwir is a talented upcoming music producer from the North West of London who produces original music for commercial and social enterprises who want to engage urban young people. He also produces original music for up-and-coming musicians across London. Jovin is also a musician who has been featured on BBC1 Xtra following his release of “Long Time”. Jovin produces all music for BANG.
Shaun Flores is a 2x TEDx speaker, podcaster, model, and personality. He produces The Flower Hour, a podcast that delivers an engaging but honest reflection of the culture in the education and the creative industries. Shaun has interviewed the likes of Africa Brooke, Ajak Deng and Lewis Brackpool. He has modelled for brands such as Peloton, Papa Johns and Love Honey.
Ethan is a talented up and coming DJ. Only 15 years old, he is the Resident DJ for BANG. During 2023, Ethan DJ’d at BANG’s Summer BBQ – engaging the local community of Harlesden and Brent. Ethan is a versatile DJ who plays a variety of genres from hip hop, R&B to old school house and garage. He has featured on The Beat London 103.6FM and is tutored and mentored by Celebrity Supa.
Acacia is a radio presenter who participated in BANG’s BANGIN’ Radio media programme. She presented the BANGIN’ Radio Show on The Beat London 103.6FM for 6 weeks following her initial training. Acacia has also been accepted into Global Academy, a media school for Year 10 – 13 students to develop their creative media skills and jumpstart their careers in the industry.
Elisa Girasole is a Psychology student at Brunel University. She chose to study psychology because she has always been fascinated by human behaviour and how the human mind works. Currently, she is interning at BANG, where she is honing her presentation, marketing, and applied data skills. Upon graduation, Elisa aims to secure a job as a research psychologist, where she can apply her knowledge to better understand and improve mental health outcomes. She has a passion for experiencing different cultures, as well as a love for coffee and nature.
Solange Kayana Fyffe is a Sports Psychology student at Brunel University with a profound passion for athletics and sports coaching. Her decision to pursue Sports Psychology was influenced by her fascination with topics related to sports, such as nutrition, health, and biology concepts concerning the brain and neuroticism, which she encountered during her A Levels. Currently, she is interning at BANG, where she is applying her theoretical knowledge of psychology to contribute to the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives aimed at young people. Solange aspires to work in the psychology field for athletes upon her graduation in 2025.
Akshana Ragoonath is a Psychology student at Brunel University. In the field of psychology, she is particularly interested in clinical psychology. She chose to study psychology because she found a strong interest in the topic of mental health. Currently, she is interning at BANG, supporting the team in research and marketing – ensuring the organisation engages young people and communities while also developing key skills for work, including research, communication, and data analysis. Akshana aims to contribute to the field of clinical research in the future.
