MENTORING & COACHING

AT ROUNDWOOD COMMUNITY SCHOOL

BANG has been delivering mentoring and coaching at Roundwood Community School in Brent. 

BANG Evolution, developed by BANG, is a mentoring and coaching programme that supports young people’s goals and aspirations. 

Young people engage in a tailor-made mentoring and coaching programme where they work with a mentor to develop their goals and aspirations and overcome their internal and external barriers.

Some of these barriers include a lack of self-esteem, confidence, lack of personal and professional skills, and identity and belonging. 

Through our one-to-one sessions with students at Roundwood Community School, we provide young people with a safe space to speak to someone who listens and understands what they are going through – ensuring they don’t feel isolated in their personal experiences – able to work towards their goals.
