BRUNEL INTERNS: COMPLETE
A SUCCESSFUL INTERNSHIP

Marsn and Vanessa, two Psychology students from Brunel University, have recently completed a successful internship with BANG.
During their time with us, they supported the planning and delivery of key programmes, including the BANGIN’ Youth Club, Parent HUB, and ViTALFEST. These initiatives support both young people and families across Brent.
They also contributed to our partnership work at Manor School, delivering tailored activities and workshops for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Their involvement helped ensure sessions were accessible, engaging, and aligned with the individual needs of students.
In addition, the interns developed and launched the BANG Survey to help us better understand the needs and interests of young people—enabling us to design more relevant and enjoyable programmes.
Marsn and Vanessa played an active role in creating the positive environment we strive for at BANG.
Hosting interns is a key part of how we involve young people in the organisation. From leading sessions to engaging in workshops and training, interns take on real responsibilities and help shape how we work.
We thank Marsn and Vanessa for their contribution and wish them every success as they continue their journey in psychology.
