BANG is dedicated to providing high-quality, meaningful services to young people and communities in Brent and across London. We design and deliver impactful programmes that nurture talent, build confidence, and open pathways to personal and professional success.
By creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring spaces, we support young people in exploring their potential, connecting with positive role models, and contributing positively to their communities.
We conducted a survey in 2025 to gain a deeper understanding into what young people need and value, ensuring our programmes are directly shaped by their voices.
We then featured our results at the BANG Stakeholder Event, engaging key partners, funders, young people, and families by showcasing the impact we’ve made with young people through our initiatives and sharing what we aim to do next.
The feedback from the BANG Survey now guides us in creating engaging, educational, and impactful opportunities across our key thematic areas.

Youth Voice Summit 2021
In 2021, BANG piloted its development of conducting research through the Youth Voice Summit 2021, co-produced in collaboration with Brent Council and the Young Brent Foundation.
This work aimed at addressing racial inequality through the BACP (Brent Black Community Action Plan).
Following the engagement in workshops with the Young Brent Foundation and Brent Council, we developed a deeper understanding of the needs of young people which allowed us to devise a strategy to conduct borough-wide research in schools and colleges.
